FAMILY CLASS IMMIGRANTS

Family class immigrants are people sponsored by a relative to come to Canada. To qualify as a family class member, you must be related to your sponsor in one of the following ways:

• spouse
• fiancee
• dependent child
• parent or grandparent
• orphaned brother, sister, nephew, niece or granchild under 19 and unmarried
