SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Citizenship and Immigration Canada has posted a notice on it’s website regarding a settlement agreement for Economic Class applicants who applied for Immigrant Visas before January 1, 2002, and received no selection decision before April 1, 2003. This agreement was negotiated on behalf of applicants, including many affected COIBS clients.

There is no need to do anything at this point to take advantage of this agreement. COIBS will promptly notify all relevant clients of the next action, if any, to be taken.
