I have two Master degrees (in Chemistry and Computer Science). I don't have much working experience. I want to know, if the research assistance (RA) or teaching assistance(TA) could be considered as experience too and will both RA or TA in both major could be taken into account?

Yes, your TA and RA experience can be counted as your work experience. Please make sure that 35 hours/weekly is considered full-time.
